“I was looking for a modular home package for my daughter and son in law on the internet. I ran across I & J’s site and called them. I am not a builder but have built about 13 houses for my self. So I know how and I know what questions to ask. I realized after talking to Ian that he and I went to the same Church (First Baptist) so we had something in common. I talked to several people he had built a house for and they were satisfied and happy. I knew about what my children could afford and a basic plan that just needed to be tweeked. That is where Ian and Cliff came in. Ian guided me in the cost of things and Cliff changed a lot of things on the computer to come up with the right plan. We added a lot of small things that didn’t cost much but made for a custom home. Both guys guided me and them in there selection of items in the home as to what looks best and didn’t cost as much as going another way. Ian’s advice was to go the unfinished route as I could do some of the things myself; like putting down the hardwood floors, some painting, closet hardware, shower doors, carpet, fireplace, etc. I & J was very easy to work with and very helpful. Timely as to when things were finished. The house was done on time just as they said. The house was exactly to cost as advertised. I furnished my own insurance. Did my own landscaping. They will do a turn key job if you wanted them to, I just didn’t. This is a Christian company and you can trust them. I would stake my reputation on them." - Larry Gregory, Nelson County, VA
