We can build your dream home for as little as a $1000 deposit, whether you have your own land, or if you need us to assistance finding a lot. I & J Home Builders work in conjunction with Ian Jackson Realty and we have access to all the properties listed on the market through CAAR.

The Building Process

Our homes are off-site stick-built in a plant to an exceptionally high standard, before being assembled and finished on site. I&J also features stick-built homes and properties for sale as well.

We work with three companies to offer you the best and most comprehensive range of system-built homes from simple ranch through to cape and two-story designs.

The homes can be constructed with or without a basement and/or garage, decks and porches. We also take care of the clearing, grading, well, septic system, driveway, sidewalk and landscaping.

Our sales personnel will help you with the design of your home, the mortgage and assist you throughout the whole process.
